Ingredients:
- 1 lb tender meat (ribeye, strip)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp MaD White
- 1 tbsp MaD Red
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Green onion for garnish
Directions:
- Cut steak into 1” cubes
- Add them garlic, brown sugar, MaD White, MaD Red, Olive Oil to a mixing bowl.
- Let marinate for 2 hours
- Heat cast iron
- Sear meat in a single layer. About 4 min a side. Total 8 minutes
- Remove from pan
- Deglaze with beef broth
- Let reduce
- Add meat back to pan
- Finish with a dusting of MaD Red and White.
- Garnish with green onion.
