MaD Green Ranch Dressing and Chicken Recipe

Roasted Chicken
3 lb whole chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp Herb butter
2 tbsp MaD Green Ranch Seasoning
1 tbsp MaD White AP Seasoning
1 sprig Rosemary
1 sprig thyme
3 carrots chopped
2 ribs celery chopped
2 onions quartered
Between skin and breast add herb butter
Coat chicken in olive oil
Dust with MaD Green and MaD White
Add vegetables to a roasting pan
Place chicken on vegetable rack
Breast side up
Cook at 425 for about 1:30 hr. Until
Internal temp is 165
Let rest and cool, slice and dust with MaD White and MaD Green
Serve vegetables from the pan
with a dusting of MaD White
Enjoy.
MaD Green Herb butter
1 stick butter softened
1 tbsp MaD Green
1 tsp MaD White
Fresh herbs chopped
mix well and keep in fridge
Mad Green ranch dressing
1/2 Sour Cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp mad green
1 tsp mad white
Mix and chill
MaD Green Ranch Dip
8 oz sour cream
2 tbsp MaD green
1 tsp MaD White
Mix and chill.
MaD Green Vinaigrette
1/2 Cup olive oil
3 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp MaD Green
1 tbsp MaD White
1 tsp sugar
Mix well and store in a
Squeeze bottle
