BBQ Ribs


Smoked Ribs

 

 Ribs membrane removed

¼ cup MaD Red BBQ Rub

¼ cup yellow mustard

MaD BBQ Sauce

 

Set up charcoal and hardwood grill to cook indirectly

Coat ribs with mustard all over

Season/rub ribs with MaD Red all over don’t be shy

Grill/smoke indirectly for 2 hours until 195

Be sure to rotate ribs a couple of times

Remove ribs to be wrapped.

First paint with BBQ sauce and a sprinkle of MaD Red

Wrap tight and return to grill for 35 minutes.

Unwrap  and let them char up a little over direct heat and then give em another dusting of MaD seasoning.

 

Chef Tip:

Direct heat means over the fire where it is the hottest.

Indirect means away from the flame so the flame is not touching the food...safer spot to cook.
